9 Feng Shui Tips to GRATITUDE

In a “stuck” moment – whether it’s caused by history in the making or by our thinking, it’s hard to see POSTIVE ENERGY when disappointment, obstacles and/or fears are looming.

However, this is the “perfect” time to be GRATEFUL.  Not for the problems we perceive, but rather for all the good and glorious things that are already part of life and living.

Gratitude lessens our anxiety, panic and upset.  It also helps us find solutions and new perspectives to problems. However, as human beings, we are not hard wired by nature – to be grateful.

AND,,,this is sad  because…

  • An attitude of Gratitude makes us HAPPIER
  • Gratitude IMPROVES our health and relationships
  • Gratitude REDUCES stress and worry
  • Gratitude ALLOWS us to stay centered and balanced
  • Gratitude MAGNETIZES blessings and good fortune

9 TIPS TO GRATITUDE

  • Be AMAZED at all the good things in your life that you take for granted
  • Keep a daily GRATITUDE journal and post 5 things in the a.m. and p.m.
  • Be HUMBLE and respectful to all living people and things on the planet
  • Pay someone a COMPLIMENT “daily” along with one for yourself
  • Change negative thinking to POSITIVE thoughts immediately
  • VOW not to criticize, complain or gossip
  • Be GENUINE and happy for other peoples’ happiness and success
  • Ask what LESSON you need to learn in every situation
  • Want less and BE MORE compassionate, loving, tolerant and kind
