How Long Does it Take to Form a New Habit?
In a study published in the European Journal of Social Psychology, on an average, it takes more than 2 months before a new behavior becomes automatic.
SIXTY-SIX (66) days to be exact.
At the end of the day, how long it takes to form a particular habit or to change a behavior you no longer wish to own .. doesn’t really matter.
There is no reason to judge yourself or to be fearful whether it takes 21 days or 365 days, because either way..
YOU STILL HAVE TO DO THE WORK!
There is also no reason to panic as where to begin or how to change a habit, behavior or how to shift your perception if you are open to “quieting your mind” with MEDITATION.
