Approximately one in three people resolve to better themselves from year to year.

A more disappointing statistic than this IS – that a much smaller percentage of people actually make good on their NEW YEAR’S resolutions.

A study found that while around 75% of people stick to their goals for “only” ONE WEEK, less than half (46%) are still on target six months later.

  1. Start early – start in December to VISUALIZE a healthier, happier and richer you.
  2. Make conscious choices during the holidays to REVITALIZE your body with healthy foods.
  3. Don’t allow the holidays to keep you from exercising your body, mind and spirit.
  4. Avoid consuming too much “sugar” which takes you high and drops you low – OUT OF BALANCE.
  5. LESS REALLY IS MORE – when it comes to spending “money” on people and things.
  6. Celebrate life with friends and family, but don’t underestimate the value of rest and SLEEP.
  7. Focus on GRATITUDE whenever you start to feel empty, lonely, lost or blue.
  8. Remember – you once believed in Santa Claus and MIRACLES came true, so why would they not now?
  9. Last but not least, don’t make your resolutions on New Year’s Eve..!
